Aspen Dental in Bend, OR is seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to support dentists and hygienists, manage patient flow, and perform sterilization and radiography as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current chairside assistance proficiency.
• Proven infection control techniques and sterilization.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Radiology certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures.
• Maintain productive patient flow with the DA office team.
• Breakdown operatory rooms and sterilize equipment after procedures.
• Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines and Aspen safety requirements.
• Take dental radiographs and provide post-treatment instructions.
• Order and maintain supplies within the practice budget.
