Aspen Dental in Keizer, OR is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. This full-time position supports doctors, assists during procedures, and helps maintain smooth patient flow.

You will perform radiographs, sterilization, charting, infection control, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant license/registration as required by state.
• Radiology (x-ray) certification as required by state.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• 2+ years' dental assisting experience.
• Proficient at chairside and four-handed dentistry.
• Demonstrate sterilization and infection control techniques.
• Maintain annual CE requirements as specified by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with directing the office team to maintain patient flow.
• Assist doctors during procedures.
• Break down operatory rooms for doctors and hygienists.
• Complete sterilization and ensure staff training.
• Follow maintenance of waterlines, autoclave, and equipment.
• Tray and operatory set-up for all procedures.
• Support patient charting and education.
• Train others on patient handoffs and workflow.
