Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations or exhibits.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERM systems and workorder programs preferred.
• Familiarity with exhibition systems and CAD drawings is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and design renderings.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Process and implement work orders for exhibits operations and assist in warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage last-minute revisions and change orders.
• Inspect inbounded assets for damages and operability.
• Document damages and support refurbishments.
• Maintain exhibits assets inventory and share changes with the supervisor.
• Assist with install/dismantle of exhibit elements and on-site support.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
• Communicate clearly with on-site teams and clients.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace; support on-site teams as needed.
