Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Operations Coordinator, Exhibits to join the Exhibit Operations Teams in Lanham, MD. You will process work orders for exhibit operations, support inbound/outbound handling of exhibits, and assist in installation and dismantling as needed, reporting to the Operations Manager, Inhouse Exhibits.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of experience, basic Word/Excel skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience in operations/exhibits or related field.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred experience with ERM systems and work order programs.
Experience in ready-to-assemble/exhibit production or related renovation sectors is a plus.
Ability to read architectural CAD drawings and renderings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Process and implement work orders for exhibits operations and respond to inquiries about assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage scope revisions and change orders.
Manage inbounded exhibits assets and inspect assets for damage and operability.
Document damages and oversee refurbishments; report scope changes to supervisor.
Maintain and update exhibits assets inventory database; support install/dismantle on-site.
Ensure adherence to Quality Control and safety guidelines; follow SOPs; uphold customer service standards.
Assist on-site teams during installation and dismantling as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment; support irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
