Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage Corp. is seeking an Executive Vice President of Technology to lead enterprise technology strategy, software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and business transformation initiatives.

Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will define the technology vision of the organization and ensure technology serves as a strategic competitive advantage across every aspect of the business.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale engineering and technology organizations.
• Experience in VP/SVP/EVP/CIO/CTO roles or equivalent.
• Deep enterprise software architecture and digital transformation knowledge.
• Experience driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through technology.
• Strong knowledge of AI, automation, cloud, cybersecurity, and data platforms.
• Proven ability to work with executive leadership and boards.
• Leadership and organizational transformation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the company-wide technology vision and roadmap.
• Lead technology functions including Software Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data, AI, and Enterprise Applications.
• Advise executive leadership on technology investments and opportunities.
• Build and scale a world-class technology organization.
• Drive AI adoption and enterprise automation strategies.
• Oversee platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure business and technology alignment with a focus on compliance and governance.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor strategy, and investment priorities.
• Partner across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Risk.
