AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Senior Vice President of Software Development & Technology to lead and scale our engineering organization across Marketing Technology, Sales Technology, Operations Technology, Automation, AI, and Enterprise Platforms. This executive will oversee multiple teams and drive architecture, governance, and innovation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience
• 8+ years leading large engineering organizations
• Deep hands-on experience with modern software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices
• Strong technical background with Java, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL
• Experience leading AI and automation initiatives
• Track record building highly scalable customer-facing and operational platforms
• Demonstrated success aligning technology investments with measurable business outcomes
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering functions across AmeriSave technology teams
• Develop and execute technology strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee engineering leaders responsible for Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Enterprise Technology
• Drive large-scale platform modernization and architectural initiatives
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and development best practices
• Lead AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
• Partner closely with Executive Leadership to identify strategic technology opportunities
• Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and reliability across all platforms
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering management teams
• Drive delivery excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency throughout the organization
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make strategic investment recommendations
• Own engineering budget planning, resource allocation, and organizational growth
