• Develop and execute an operational transformation strategy with explicit targets and milestones.
• Design and implement responsible uses of AI and automation within fulfillment workflows.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, Capital Markets, and other functions to support scalable delivery.
