Job summary

Emprise Bank seeks a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering & Transformation to lead enterprise technology transformation, AI adoption, and modern engineering practices across the bank. You will set strategic direction, partner with executives, and drive AI-enabled initiatives to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and resilience.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and collaboration with risk, legal, and data teams to ensure responsible AI and secure, scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience spanning enterprise transformation, software engineering, digital strategy, AI adoption, and emerging technologies.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products and capabilities, cloud technologies, modern software engineering practices, automation, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Proven success in developing and executing technology strategies and leading large-scale modernization and organizational change within complex, regulated environments, with measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery at pace through clear prioritization, decisive leadership, rapid decision-making, barrier removal, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive adoption of modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, AI-enabled development, and cloud-native development capabilities.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to establish shared standards, practices, and capabilities that accelerate responsible software delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve delivery velocity, quality, and developer experience through modern engineering and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for customer facing digital products and software capabilities that enhance experience and growth.
• Lead identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI and agentic AI solutions that improve productivity and revenue growth.
• Partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Data leaders to ensure AI solutions align with governance and risk standards.
• Build organizational understanding and adoption of AI through education, enablement, and change management.
• Lead enterprise technology transformation initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable outcomes.
