Emprise Bank seeks a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering & Transformation to lead enterprise technology modernization, AI adoption, and the development of innovative digital capabilities. You will guide strategic technology investments, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in enterprise transformation, software engineering, digital strategy, AI adoption, and emerging tech.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products and cloud technologies, automation, and modern software engineering practices.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale modernization and change in regulated environments with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive adoption of modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, AI-enabled development, cloud-native).
• Partner with Software Engineering Center of Excellence to set shared standards and capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve delivery velocity, quality, scalability, and developer experience.
• Enable evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, with governance and security.
• Work with architects to establish reusable patterns, reference architectures, and standards.
• Identify opportunities for customer-facing digital products that enhance experience and growth.
