Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a Vice President, Master Planned Communities to lead all community management efforts and direct property management teams. You will drive a service culture focused on performance and accountability, reporting to the President of Master Planned Communities.

The role requires leading cross-functional collaboration with marketing, HR, and finance to grow market share and deliver client satisfaction across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior management or executive leadership roles.
• Experience building and leading service organizations with accountability.
• Proven track record in delivering sales and business growth.
• Strong change-management and process-improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall senior leadership and strategic direction to grow the association management business.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of Regional Directors and Community Association Managers to deliver service and results.
• Form strong relationships with Boards to ensure exceptional service, client satisfaction, and retention.
• Partner with Business Development to plan and deliver long-term growth with developers and existing communities.
• Own the annual business plan and drive financial performance to achieve targets.
