Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Vice President of Community & Lifestyle to lead the community management division, guide staffing, and drive client retention and growth. The role emphasizes elevating the company image, professional standards, and technology adoption across current and future opportunities.

Salary range is $130K-$140K plus bonus, with compensation aligned to experience, responsibilities, and client directives when on client properties.

Qualifications

College degree preferred or equivalent experience in management.
Minimum of 15 years of successful HOA property management experience, with at least 10 years supervising staff.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Participate on the Community Management Council.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and separation of personnel.
Strategize account assignments and support transitions with GMs and Regional Directors.
Manage budget and approve expenditures; provide year-end budget input.
Review payroll for area of responsibility and submit to payroll.
Engage in outside committees (CAI, CACM, etc.) and attend company meetings.
Lead best practices and innovations in dual governance model corporations.
Drive business development and sales efforts to gain new business.
