Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Vice President, Master Planned Communities to lead the association management business unit. You will direct senior leaders, drive growth across multiple properties, and partner with the Board to deliver exceptional service and measurable client satisfaction.

The role requires proven executive leadership, multi-site client service, and a track record of profitable growth, with responsibility for annual budgeting and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of senior management and executive leadership experience.
• Proven experience building and leading teams with 5–8 direct reports for 5+ years.
• Proven track record in delivering client service across multi-location business.
• Proven sales and business growth leadership.
• Experience managing a P&L and budgeting processes.
• Development and execution of long-term and annual business plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall senior leadership and strategic direction of the association management business.
• Build and lead a team of Regional Directors and Community Association Managers.
• Foster relationships with Boards to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Business Development to drive long-term growth.
• Promote ancillary services through Regional Directors.
• Own the annual business plan and drive financial performance.
• Attract and retain high performers and manage HR/communication processes.
• Represent FirstService Residential in the marketplace and with vendors.
