Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing multi-site operations and dispersed teams.
• Experience leading large operational organizations in service-based environments.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Experience leading sales teams and customer experience initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with ability to implement initiatives across the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Proven project and change management abilities.
• Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred, Private equity experience preferred.
