Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions seeks a strategic operations leader to oversee national growth. Reporting to the President, you will shape operational strategy, build high-performing teams, and optimize systems to deliver client value. Remote work with up to 25% travel. Strong engagement with executives and PE-backed growth.

The role demands 10+ years of leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive change across multi-site operations while accelerating revenue gains and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in multi-site operations.
• Experience leading large operational organizations in service-based environments.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, budgeting and planning.
• Experience leading sales teams and customer experience initiatives.
• Ability to translate initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence and communicate the strategic direction of the organization.
• Define change management initiatives and lead adoption of key initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of market and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to meet company goals and provide guidance on projects and systems.
• Develop regional plans to drive maximum sales revenue.
• Hire and develop service-minded associates and manage budgets.
• Support acquisitions and integration efforts; enhance client experience.
• Establish policies, manage vendors, and pursue process improvements.
