Top Dog Recruiting's client in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-state 3PL network, overseeing warehousing, distribution, and value-added services. The role requires hands-on leadership, profit and loss responsibility, and a track record in scaling operations across facilities with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

10+ years of progressive operations leadership in 3PL, warehousing, or related field.
5+ years overseeing multi-site operations through directors or regional leaders.
Proven experience with full P&L responsibilities across multiple facilities.
Experience launching facilities, handling major accounts, or managing growth.

Mansioni

Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics operations across six states.
Lead Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety to ensure performance.
Maintain P&L responsibility with focus on profitability and cost control.
Establish SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement across locations.
Drive safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and productivity improvements.
Lead new facility startups, customer implementations, and expansions.
