Management Performance Associates seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations for a growing multi-state 3PL network in Bowling Green, KY. The role oversees warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment with full P&L responsibility and a focus on profitability and operational excellence.

The ideal leader has 10+ years in operations, 5+ years at multi-site level, and a track record of building high-performing teams while driving safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in 3PL, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or related.
• 5+ years overseeing multi-site operations through directors, regional managers, or senior teams.
• Proven experience managing full P&L responsibilities across multiple facilities.
• Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience launching new facilities or managing operational growth.
• Strong understanding of WMS, labor management, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams while maintaining consistency.

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics operations across six states.
• Manage and develop Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, focusing on profitability and efficiency.
• Establish standardized SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive improvements in safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and retention.
• Lead new facility startups and customer implementations.
• Partner with Sales and executive leadership on growth plans and pricing.
• Utilize WMS, EDI, and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
