Talent Solutions Partners is partnering with a growing 3PL/warehousing client in Bowling Green, KY to recruit a President of Operations. This executive will oversee a multi-state network of warehousing, distribution, and value-added services, driving profitability and operational excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, P&L accountability, and a proven track record of scaling operations, improving safety, and delivering reliable customer service across dispersed facilities.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or related industries.
• 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience through directors or regional managers.
• Proven experience managing full P&L responsibilities across multiple facilities.
• Demonstrated success improving profitability, safety, labor productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience launching new facilities and managing growth with major customers.
• Strong understanding of WMS, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams with consistency.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bowling Green, KY with regular travel.

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics operations across six states.
• Manage and develop Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility with focus on profitability and cost control.
• Establish SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement across locations.
• Drive improvements in safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and retention.
• Lead new facility startups, customer implementations, and expansions.
• Partner with Sales and leadership on growth, pricing, and planning.
• Utilize WMS, EDI, and reporting to improve visibility and decisions.
• Implement labor management strategies and productivity standards.
• Build leadership pipelines through coaching and mentoring.
