Your Talent Team seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead a growing multi-state 3PL network in Bowling Green, KY. The role emphasizes P&L responsibility, operational excellence, and building strong leadership across warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in 3PL or warehousing.
• 5+ years overseeing multi-site operations through directors or regional managers.
• Proven full P&L responsibility across multiple facilities.
• Experience launching facilities and managing growth.
• Strong WMS, EDI, KPIs, and CI knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bowling Green, KY with regional travel.

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics operations across six states.
• Develop Directors of Operations and regional leaders, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Maintain profitability, control costs, and improve labor productivity.
