Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-site 3PL network across warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment. This executive role emphasizes profitability, performance, and leadership development in a growing logistics organization.

The position requires extensive P&L oversight, supplier and customer collaboration, and a track record of scaling operations while driving continuous improvement across multiple facilities in the Bowling Green

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in 3PL, warehousing, or related logistics.
5+ years of multi-site leadership through directors or regional managers.
Proven full P&L responsibility across multiple facilities.
Proven track record in profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Experience launching new facilities and managing growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics across six states.
Develop and mentor Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety.
Maintain full P&L responsibility; drive profitability and cost control.
Set SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement across locations.
Partner with Sales and leadership on growth, pricing, and planning.
Utilize WMS, EDI, and reporting to improve visibility and decisions.
Lead facility startups and operational expansions.
Build leadership pipeline and ensure regulatory compliance.
