Curative Care is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join the executive team and translate strategy into measurable results. You will lead operating service lines, drive performance and ensure alignment of staffing, systems and processes with organizational priorities.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, financial stewardship, and ongoing improvement across programs to meet growth, quality and client service objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership, including executive-level operations.
• Experience leading multi-site operations in healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
• Strong track record in budgets, financial performance and P&L management.
• Ability to translate organizational strategy into measurable operational results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Curative's operating service lines and achieve operational, financial, quality, growth, workforce and client service objectives.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance and take corrective action when results are not achieved.
• Ensure staffing, resources, systems and infrastructure align with program needs and priorities.
• Promote cross-functional coordination across service lines and support functions.
• Translate strategic priorities into annual/quarterly objectives and milestones.
• Lead major initiatives and remove barriers to execution.
• Provide regular progress updates to the President and CEO regarding risks and actions.
