Job summary

Vitra Health in Massachusetts seeks a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead daily operations, align with strategic goals, and drive clinical excellence across communities served. You will collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to steer performance, budget, and compliance while building an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You will mentor regional leaders, translate strategy into actionable plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Hospital Administration or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Eight years of progressive healthcare operations management experience.
• Proven success in a senior operations leadership role.
• Strong quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CEO and executive team to achieve organizational goals.
• Lead day-to-day operations and process improvements across departments.
• Develop and manage annual operations budget with CFO.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Foster a culture of engagement, teamwork, and accountability.
• Mentor and develop leaders within the organization.
