Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across podiatry clinics in multiple states; drive growth and operational excellence.
• Set standards and practices to enable rapid expansion with disciplined execution by field teams.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to field leadership to meet budgeted goals.
• Collaborate with functional teams to build scalable tools, systems and processes.
• Develop regional and clinic leadership to ensure effective execution and a robust leadership pipeline.
