Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site, multi-program operations.
• Healthcare, nonprofit or regulated service-sector experience preferred.
• Proven ability to translate organizational strategy into measurable operational results.
• Strong analytical skills with financial data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with executive leadership and boards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of operating service lines and ensure achievement of objectives across financial, quality, growth, workforce and client service.
• Establish accountability culture with clear expectations, measurable outcomes and timely corrective action.
• Ensure staffing, resources, and infrastructure align with program needs and organizational priorities.
• Identify and resolve cross-program operational barriers and promote coordination across service lines.
• Translate strategic priorities into operational plans, milestones and accountability.
• Lead cross-functional implementation of major initiatives and removal of execution barriers.
• Provide regular updates to the President/CEO on progress, risks, and actions.
