Job summary

Caring for People Services seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our Home Care, Home Healthcare, and Infusion Services divisions. You will translate strategy into measurable results, strengthen processes, develop leaders, and build scalable operational systems in close collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and clinical leadership.

You will balance workforce capacity, service quality, financial performance, and regulatory compliance while supporting sustainable growth and ensuring

Qualifications

Five+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
Experience across Home Care, Home Healthcare, and Infusion Services
Experience partnering with licensed clinical leaders on operational, quality, and compliance initiatives

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across Home Care, Home Healthcare, and Infusion Services with clear expectations and performance standards
Standardize workflows while meeting service-line regulatory requirements
Identify barriers and drive measurable improvements across regions and locations
Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and corrective action plans
Oversee scheduling, authorizations, EVV, and documentation while improving revenue cycle processes
