Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising Regional Directors and Community Association Managers is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends; travel to properties is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work with Vice Presidents to instill corporate values across Regional Directors and ensure contract adherence.
• Maintain relationships with the Board of Directors across managed properties and oversee contract renewals.
• Oversee financial matters between properties and the company and ensure service quality from regional to on-site staff.
• Drive intra-company service coordination with departments like HR, IT, and accounting.
• Promote FirstService Residential through community involvement and uphold high ethical standards.
