Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; or Bachelor's + 5 years of relevant experience.
• 12 years of progressively responsible leadership in DoW programs.
• Experience leading large, complex organizations and delivering operational excellence.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, revenue growth, and P&L.
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and executive leadership with senior customers and partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth and operational performance of a Department of War portfolio exceeding $150M revenue and ~400 employees.
• Provide executive direction to Directors for Navy Acquisition, Modernization, and In-Service Maintenance programs.
• Set strategies and priorities to support growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term goals.
• Own portfolio financials: revenue, profitability, forecasting, cost control, and annual targets.
• Drive innovative, technology-enabled solutions across mission areas and contract vehicles.
• Engage senior government customers, industry partners, and Serco leadership to grow relationships.
• Lead business development, pipeline expansion, capture support, and organic growth.
• Develop workforce, talent, and succession strategies for future growth.
• Lead organizational change and continuous improvement across evolving requirements.
• Manage risks across operations, contracts, and programs while maintaining high performance standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on objectives, policies, and strategic direction.
