You will lead senior directors, drive strategic growth, manage financial performance, and shape program execution across diverse contracts and international customers, while advancing

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible leadership in DoW programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth and operational performance of a DoW portfolio exceeding $150M in annual revenue and ~400 employees.
• Provide executive leadership to Directors responsible for Navy Acquisition, Modernization, and In-Service programs.
• Set and execute business strategies and priorities to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accountability for portfolio financial performance including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and cost management.
• Drive development of technology-enabled solutions addressing diverse customer requirements across missions and contracts.
• Engage with senior government stakeholders, industry partners, and Serco leadership to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead business development, pipeline expansion, capture support, and organic growth initiatives across the DoW market.
• Develop workforce, talent, and succession strategies for organizational effectiveness.
