Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12 years of leadership experience supporting Department of War programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth and operational performance of a DoW portfolio with revenue >$150M and ~400 employees.
• Provide executive leadership to Directors responsible for Navy Acquisition, Modernization, and In-Service Maintenance programs.
• Establish and execute strategies to support growth, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
• Manage portfolio financial performance including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and cost management.
• Drive development of technology-enabled solutions addressing customer requirements across mission areas and contract vehicles.
• Serve as executive liaison with senior government stakeholders, industry partners, and Serco leadership to identify growth opportunities.
• Spearhead business development, pipeline expansion, capture support, and growth in the DoW market.
• Develop workforce, talent, and succession strategies for organizational growth and leadership continuity.
• Lead organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
