Serco Inc. seeks a strategic leader to direct Undersea and Submarine Programs within the Navy’s PAE model. You will guide cradle-to-grave acquisition, manage technical innovation, and oversee lifecycle sustainment for advanced undersea platforms while engaging senior government and industry stakeholders.

The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance with TS/SCI upgrade eligibility, U.S. citizenship, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and 10+ years of leadership in defense programs.

Qualifikationen

• Active DoW Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Operations Management, Acquisition, or related field.
• 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in government/defense programs.
• Experience with large-scale government programs, contracts, or initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
• Preferred: submarine/maritime/Undersea Warfare program exposure.
• Preferred: TS/SCI upgrade eligibility.

• Act as trusted advisor to senior government and industry stakeholders on program execution and performance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve contract execution and operational readiness.
• Assess program performance, risks, and opportunities; recommend actionable improvements.
• Support development and evaluation of governance, metrics, and business practices.
• Lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Engage with senior government, military, industry, and executive stakeholders.
• Support undersea warfare programs and related acquisition strategies.
