15+ years of progressive banking industry experience required.
15+ years of direct Commercial Lending experience.
15+ years of direct Agricultural Lending experience.
Proven executive leadership with branch management experience.
Strong funds management, ALCO participation, and financial performance analysis background.
Track record in business development, portfolio growth, and community involvement.

Mansioni

Lead Spencer branch operations, supervise staff, and ensure daily functions.
Participate in funds management activities and ALCO decisions.
Provide strategic input for annual budget, profit forecasting, and operational improvements.
Coordinate branch activities with banking policies, regulatory standards, and SOPs.
Act as senior Loan Officer, developing and servicing a portfolio of Commercial and Agricultural loans.
Drive portfolio growth through new loan generation while maintaining relationships.
