Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive banking industry experience.
- 15+ years in Commercial Lending.
- 15+ years in Agricultural Lending.
- Proven executive leadership with branch management experience.
- Strong funds management, ALCO participation, and financial performance analysis.
- Demonstrated business development, portfolio growth, and community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead Spencer branch operations and mentor staff.
- Participate in ALCO and budget/profit forecasting.
- Develop and service a portfolio focused on Commercial and Agricultural lending.
- Drive bank-wide marketing and business development across locations.
- Represent the bank with external partners and community groups.
- Oversee compliance with banking policies and procedures.
