Job summary

J&T Business Consulting seeks an Executive Vice President – Branch Manager & Commercial / Agricultural Lending Lead to direct the Spencer bank branch and its high-performing loan portfolio. This on-site role requires strategic ALCO participation, budget oversight, and active community involvement across locations.

The position manages marketing, business development, and acts in absence of the CEO when needed, driving growth and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive banking industry experience.
• 15+ years direct experience in Commercial Lending.
• 15+ years direct experience in Agricultural Lending.
• Proven executive leadership with branch management experience.
• Strong funds management, ALCO participation, and financial performance analysis.
• Track record in business development, portfolio growth, and community involvement.
• Excellent negotiation, team leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Spencer branch operations, supervise staff and daily functions.
• Lead ALCO participation and funds management activities.
• Develop strategic budget, profit forecasts, and operational improvements.
• Coordinate branch activities with banking policies and regulatory standards.
• Act in place of CEO/President when required.
• Lead Commercial and Agricultural loan portfolio development and servicing.
• Drive bank-wide Marketing and Business Development across locations.
• Represent the bank in civic and business engagements.
