Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business with coursework in accounting, finance, and economics.
• 8–10 years of related banking experience or equivalent.
• Strong client-facing and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-value agricultural banking relationships.
• Lead relationship management for complex ag clients and prospects.
• Model relationship management excellence in calling strategy, client discovery, advisory conversations, and relationship expansion.
• Partner with credit and lending teams on complex ag structures, renewals, pricing, risk assessment, and borrower strategy.
• Mentor Ag RMs across markets through deal consultations and coaching conversations.
• Identify ag market opportunities and competitive trends across markets in partnership with leadership.
• Support onboarding and development of less experienced ag lenders.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
