We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you will perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks to support our senior managers. Responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently. Your contribution will help increase our business efficiency by providing personalized and timely support to our executives.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Tasks: Managing emails, scheduling meetings, providing reminders, and handling travel arrangements.
  2. Calendar Management: Creating and maintaining schedules of events, appointments, and tasks.
  3. Research: Conducting online research to support projects and decision-making.
  4. Writing: Maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  5. Scheduling Events and Travel: Planning events and coordinating travel logistics including flights and accommodations.
Candidate Qualifications

  • A diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies.
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Virtual Assistant.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, understanding FCC regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with legal research databases, document management, and telecommunications software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in international travel booking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information discreetly.
  • High-speed internet connection (20 Mbps+ download).

Compensation

Starting salary is based on experience, with annual reviews based on performance and tenure.
