What You’ll Do

We match your skills to the client. As an Executive Virtual Assistant with EHN, you’ll take on a variety of high-level support tasks to help our clients stay organized, efficient, and ahead of the game, including (but not limited to):

  1. Email & Inbox Management – Organize, respond, and manage inboxes based on client needs and EHN best practices.
  2. Calendar Management – Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and proactively manage conflicts.
  3. Research & Planning – Provide research for travel, events, special projects, and more.
  4. Proofreading & Editing – Ensure presentations, documents, and communications are polished and professional.
  5. Meeting Coordination – Draft agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  6. Expense & Invoice Management – Track and organize business expenses and invoices.
  7. Administrative Support – Transcription, correspondence, data entry, and document organization.
  8. Project Management – Keep projects on track and ensure deadlines are met.
  9. Social Media Management – Assist with content creation and account maintenance.
  10. Other Duties – Every client is different, and tasks will vary based on their unique needs.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Meticulous attention to detail (typos don’t stand a chance!)
  2. Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT/OpenAI (or willingness to learn!)
  3. Ability to stay calm under pressure & manage multiple priorities
  4. Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines (while recognizing scope creep!)
  5. Tech-savviness & comfort learning new platforms

Qualifications

  1. 4+ years of executive administrative support experience (C-level preferred)
  2. Availability: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM ET
  3. Associate degree or higher (or equivalent work experience)
  4. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Slack, and email marketing tools (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, MailerLite)
  5. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) a plus
  6. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Concur, or other expense tracking software preferred
  7. Social media & graphic design experience is a bonus
  8. Interest in (or experience with) video podcast production is a plus!
