Job summary
Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to deliver hands-on operational support for the Client's AV and VC technology estate within the Bay Area campuses.
The role emphasizes executive-facing service quality, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive service health monitoring to identify gaps early. Local travel is involved, with occasional international travel as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in audio-visual and video conferencing support operations.
- Experience with Cisco Video Conferencing, Zoom & Google Meet.
- Experience with video conferencing project management and risk mitigation.
- Background with Cisco hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Drives operational service for internal VC tech in executive spaces worldwide.
- Supports video conferencing solutions for executives.
- Ensures rigor in inspections, break/fix and remediation processes.
- Partners with global VC operations and engineering to ensure alignment.
- Manages high-priority escalations, incidents, and maintenance for VC hardware/software.
- Supports high-priority meetings and small-scale events using VC tech.
- Builds relationships across Executive, Facilities, Deployments, Events & Security teams.
