Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an AV Operations Specialist to own the health and performance of office AV spaces, manage support queues, and provide coverage for live and hybrid events. You will drive preventative maintenance, document standard procedures, and collaborate with AV Engineering and IT to ensure readiness for executive presentations and team meetings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, workplace technology, or technical event support.
• Have owned a standing estate—the same rooms, the same stakeholders, week over week—and been accountable for performance over time.
• Fluent across room systems, event audio/video, with depth to diagnose problems rather than only report them.

Responsibilities

• Own the AV spaces health, readiness, and performance across rooms and events.
• Triage, prioritize, resolve, and escalate AV issues with clear context.
• Provide technical coverage for live and hybrid events in office venues.
• Develop runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for repeatable work.
• Coordinate with Workplace, AV Engineering, and IT on readiness and timelines.
