Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry.
• PE licensure preferred.
• Proven success growing markets and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading transportation projects for state/local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and expansion efforts within the Northern Virginia transportation market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation agencies, municipalities, counties, and regional orgs.
• Pursue, win, and manage large-scale transportation projects.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop technical and project delivery staff.
• Provide strategic leadership and operational direction for the practice.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to support company growth initiatives.
