Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• PE license preferred.
• 10+ years of transportation and highway engineering experience.
• Proven track record managing roadway projects and delivering transportation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
• Experience with MassDOT, CTDOT, RIDOT, or NHDOT is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway and transportation projects from planning through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact with state DOTs and transportation agencies.
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and team performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Support business development, including client engagement and proposals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver transportation solutions.
