Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• U.S. person and able to travel between sites for rotations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• 5 years of leadership and/or related work experience.
• Strong business acumen, judgment, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead rotational assignments across manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and enterprise operations.
• Apply data-driven problem solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Champion continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Present recommendations and outcomes to senior leaders.
• Build enterprise-wide leadership capability for future roles.
