Job summary

Polaris Inc. is hiring for its Leadership Development Program (OLDP-Experienced). The program rotates high‑potential leaders through manufacturing, supply chain, distribution and enterprise operations to accelerate readiness for senior operations roles.

You will partner with senior leaders, lead high‑impact projects, and gain broad business exposure while developing a strong network across Polaris. The program ends with potential placement in an operations leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• U.S. person eligible for employment and able to relocate for rotations.
• Willing to travel and relocate between sites for rotations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
• 5 years of leadership experience and/or leadership roles.
• Strong business acumen with data‑driven decision making.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Foundational operations knowledge from prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact operational and supply chain initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Drive results through rotational leadership assignments in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and enterprise operations.
• Lead teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Apply data‑driven problem‑solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, and change management initiatives.
• Present recommendations and project outcomes to senior leaders.
• Build enterprise‑wide business acumen and leadership capability for future roles.
