Associated Bank seeks an Executive Support Services/Field Engineer to serve as a trusted technology partner to executive leaders, delivering responsive support and guiding high-visibility deployments from planning through stabilization.

You will coordinate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Information Security, and vendors, resolving complex workplace technology issues while maintaining a high-touch, discreet, professional service for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 6+ years troubleshooting, repairing and supporting endpoint and workplace technologies.
• 6+ years supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams and related tools.
• 6+ years supporting senior executives in time-sensitive/high-visibility situations.
• 6+ years coordinating deployments, vendors, and project activities.

Responsibilities

• Support executive leaders with responsive technology assistance and device support.
• Resolve complex endpoint and collaboration technology issues with sound judgment.
• Lead high-visibility technology deployments, office moves, and refresh initiatives.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Service Desk, InfoSec, and vendors for timely solutions.
• Communicate clearly with executives and technology partners on issues and projects.
• Identify recurring issues and partner with teams to improve reliability.
• Maintain a high-touch, discreet, professional support experience.
