Job summary

HCSC is seeking an experienced executive IT support specialist to deliver premium, white-glove technology support to our senior leaders, diagnosing complex hardware, software, network and configuration issues with discretion. You will coordinate with IT teams, support executive meetings and events, and ensure reliable operations before, during, and after events through proactive planning and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical certification and 3 years of IT experience, or 6 years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 and ITSM systems.
• Experience with workforce enablement technologies and executive support.
• Ability to drive analytics to improve service and incident resolution.
• Experience working with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium white-glove technology support to executive leadership.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and configuration issues.
• Support executive offices, leadership meetings, and high-profile events including board meetings.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to drive rapid issue resolution.
• Manage AV, collaboration, streaming, video conferencing, and related tech for meetings and events.
• Plan, test, monitor, and troubleshoot to ensure reliable technology operations during events.
