Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks an experienced executive IT support professional to deliver premium, discreet tech assistance to our leadership team in Richardson, TX. You will diagnose complex hardware, software, network, and configuration issues and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless technology experiences during meetings and events.

You will manage AV and video conferencing, support executive offices, and contribute to rapid incident resolution through proactive planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree OR technical certification and/or College Courses and 3 years IT experience OR 6 years IT experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 framework and ITSM systems.
• Knowledge of workforce enablement technologies.
• Experience supporting installation, troubleshooting, and daily IT support for executives.
• Infrastructure domain knowledge including 3rd party solutions.
• Ability to drive analytics to improve service, availability, and customer interactions.
• Drive incident resolution and issues escalated by executives.
• Experience working with executives in diverse situations to install, troubleshoot, resolve open items.
• Provide frontline executive support for majority of incidents / problems.
• Drive service introduction for new capabilities (simple / medium).

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium white glove technology support to executive leadership.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and configuration issues with urgency and discretion.
• Provide IT support for executive offices, leadership meetings, and high-profile events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams and strategic vendors to drive rapid issue resolution.
• Support AV, collaboration, streaming, video conferencing, media, and communication technologies for executive meetings and events.
• Ensure reliable technology operations before, during, and after events through planning, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
