Job summary

ICBD Holdings is seeking an Executive IT Support Technician for high-level support to the Chairman and senior executives. The role covers IT and AV support, smart home systems, and end-to-end tech assistance across multiple residential and mobile locations, including specialized environments such as aircraft and yacht.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical acumen, excellent communication, and a discreet, proactive approach to problem solving, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting IT systems for executive offices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and security basics.
• Proven ability to manage multi-location IT support and AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain smart home and AV systems.
• Manage email flow, licensing, and Exchange Online via PowerShell.
• Configure SharePoint sites, workflows, and permissions; develop Power Automate solutions.
• Administer Jira boards, workflows, and user roles; train users.
