Job summary

Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader to drive guest-first service and store performance in a dynamic retail environment. You will set staffing plans, coach leaders, and ensure training and development align with business goals.

You will lead hourly teams, monitor guest insights, and enforce safety and compliance while managing workflows and scheduling to meet monthly and weekly traffic. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable.
• Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals.
• Anticipate staffing needs, talent plan and recruit – both long and short term.
• Manage leaders to follow up on training completion, check for understanding, and provide continuous education opportunities.
• Engage in development conversations throughout the critical touch points with Team leaders.
• Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
