EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to lead executive search across US service lines and build a strong leadership pipeline. You’ll partner with executives, shape sourcing strategies and drive candidate engagement with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, coordinate with the Talent team, and leverage innovative sourcing tools to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and impact EY’s growth.

Formación

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategy.
• Ability to identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Ability to foster relationships with clients and candidates.
• Experience training and giving performance feedback to teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10+ years in experienced hire recruitment including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.
• Understanding of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS; Avature experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels and inclusivity initiatives.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment across all levels and platforms.
• Act as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes in recruiting.
• Provide training and feedback to teammates and stay informed on labor market insights.
