Job summary

EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to lead executive search across US service lines. You will collaborate with senior leaders, manage the talent pipeline, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while advancing EY’s hiring goals.

You’ll drive strategic sourcing, coach other recruiters, and leverage AI and new tools to improve outcomes. This role offers broad impact across EY’s US recruitment initiatives with a strong focus on leadership hires.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in executive level search and recruitment.
• Ability to develop an effective sourcing strategy.
• Ability to identify and solve complex recruitment issues.
• Ability to develop and foster relationships.
• Ability to provide training and feedback to team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years of experienced hire recruitment experience, including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques for experienced hires.
• Understanding of current recruitment laws and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking software (Avature a plus).
