Job summary

EY is hiring an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to lead executive recruitment for the US market. You will partner with an Executive Recruiter to manage the talent pipeline, engage with leaders, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across service lines and sectors.

You’ll drive sourcing strategies, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and leverage AI to enhance efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive executive level search and recruitment experience.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Experience solving complex recruitment issues.
• Ability to build and foster relationships across stakeholders.
• Experience providing training and performance feedback to teams.
• Knowledge of current recruitment laws and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies for executive hires across service lines and sectors.
• Assess leadership resource needs against the talent market to build pipelines.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels and inclusive strategies.
• Integrate EY brand strategy into recruitment activities.
• Act as change agent for new technology, tools, and processes in recruiting.
• Stay informed on talent and labor market insights.
• Conduct training and performance feedback for teammates.
• Innovate and leverage AI to improve sourcing strategies and execution.
