Responsibilities

• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment activity at all levels and platforms.
• Drive technology adoption and process improvements in the recruiting function.
• Stay informed on talent market insights and provide coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Leverage data analytics to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate experience.
